94-year-old veteran Wally Richardson and his love for teaching school kids about life
Aubrey left her mom, Gina Arnold puzzled when she whined about her not dropping her off along the street.
Gina didn’t know how to go about this and questioned her decision.
Aubrey opened up on her reason, saying she wanted to “talk to the cute, little old man,” before going to class.
Gina at that moment became alarmed, but when he met the man popularly known as “Mr. Knuckles” he had no course for alarm.
“He stands at the steps where you drop me off and encourages all the students as they walk in,” said Aubrey when Gina questioned her about the mysterious man.
Wally Richardson for the last 10 years has taken it upon himself standing outside of Marina Village Middle School in El Dorado Hills, California where he gives the students tips about life.
Wally Richardson was one of the soldiers during world war II and served the world and even at the age of 94, he wasn’t tired yet.
He has decided to serve the country better, by educating the future leaders of the country.
He passed information about “love and kindness.”
Gina was passing when he saw him standing amid students who were happy to have him.
She was thrilled by the sight before her and decided to take a picture, which she posted on Facebook.
“This is exactly the kind of love and supports our middle schoolers need,” wrote Gina.
“This man stands outside the school every day and gives the gift of encouragement to every student that comes near him.
The school officials are in awe of what he’s doing and they are so appreciative of him.
“It takes one significant adult in a kid’s life and you can impact them forever, and Wally is that person with kids,” Cheryl Olson, the school superintendent, said.
Some of his quotes are, “Knowing what’s right doesn’t mean much unless you do what’s right.
Wally is blessed with a partner who always supports him and was always seen with him, until of lately because she no longer walks so well.

Richardson said, “If they can be kind and loving to people in life, they won’t have any trouble getting by.”
