Kate’s resentment of Meghan: She barred the Duchess from attending the coronation, according to experts

Meghan Markle has confirmed that she will not be attending King Charles’ coronation in May with Prince Harry.

The couple’s children, Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet, are said to be the main reason. Meghan will remain in the United States to celebrate Archie’s fourth birthday, which falls on the same day as the coronation, on May 6.

Of course, the schism between Harry and Meghan and the royals has fueled suspicion that her absence from the coronation could be due to another factor. More specifically, rumours suggest Meghan’s absence is related to Kate Middleton.

Meghan Markle and Kate Middleton used to have a terrific friendship, even spending time together at various sporting events. But, when the Sussexes’ royal departure approached, along with the numerous revelations they made about the Royal Family following their departure, Kate decided she’d had enough.

It’s even been said that Meghan was the reason Kate never got to meet Queen Elizabeth II before she died. At least one royal analyst now believes Kate may have been the one who prevented Meghan from attending the coronation.

I believe we can all agree that Harry and Meghan’s connection with the Royal Family is not what it once was. Contact between the Sussexes and the royals has been essentially non-existent since the couple’s frequent attacks on the Firm. Indeed, the animosity between them appears to be mutual, as seen by the icy relationship between William and Harry’s respective wives, Kate and Meghan.

The two once had a solid connection, even if it didn’t start off as well as many would have anticipated.

Meghan encountered difficulties after becoming a member of the British royal family. When she first met Prince William and Kate Middleton, the former actress realised she was entering uncharted ground.

Though Meghan and Kate apparently got along well at first, their friendship has since worsened.

The duchess was allegedly taken aback when they met for the first time. Harry, Meghan, William, and Kate are believed to have gathered for a couples’ supper, but despite the intimacy, Kate shown less apparent affection than Meghan expected.

Meghan slammed Kate in the Sussexes’ Netflix documentary series, which debuted in December, for being too guarded and not as welcoming as the former actress expected.
