The Sprouse Twins today: A look at their lives at the age of 30

Dylan and Cope Sprouse have spent practically their whole lives in the spotlight.  The gorgeous twins with mesmerising blue eyes began appearing in advertisements, films, and television shows at the age of 8 months.  From 1993 until 1998, the two starred as Patrick Kelly in the television series Grace Under Fire, where they became popular.

The Sprouse twins, like the Olsen sisters, played a variety of roles as a result of child labour rules that prohibit minors from working excessive hours.

They had their major breakthrough in 1999, when they co-starred with Adam Sandler in the film major Daddy and captured millions of people’s hearts with their perfectly timed words and outstanding performances.

Cole spoke with People about Sandler in 2022, saying, “Perhaps I’m a little biassed since I’ve known him for a long time, but I really like his work.  He strikes a very, really good balance between art and business, which I believe is the currency of a true professional actor.”  He went on to say, “He’s treading that line nicely while also elevating up all of his pals, which I think is amazing.”

Cole went on to perform on his own in 2020, when he was cast as Ross Gellar’s kid in the renowned Friends sitcom, which stars David Schwimmer.

Cole mentioned that his favourite episode was The One with the Holiday Armadillo.  “I recall that fairly clearly.  “I was fascinated by the outfits and the practical effects,” he explained.  “I’m quite sure I fell in love with Jennifer Aniston, as the rest of the world did at the time. “I remember forgetting my lines and experiencing stage anxiety when she sat next to me on the couch in one episode,” Cole said in an interview with Today.

In the film Master of Disguise, the brothers also played young Pistachio Disguisey.

However, getting The Suite Life of Zack & Cody in 2005, in which they played twin siblings who live in the opulent Tipton Hotel with their single mother, helped them gain recognition as full-fledged child stars.  The series aired until 2008, and it was replaced by The Suite Life on Deck, which lasted until 2011.

Following the series, Dylan and Cope both took time off from acting to attend university.  Dylan studied video game design, while his twin brother Zack pursued humanities and archaeology.

“I needed to take a break and get outside of myself; I needed a reality check, and I needed to see myself objectively.  And now I believe I can enjoy [acting], which is an essential element of being an actor,” Cole remarked.  “I’m not saying we didn’t have a good time, but it was work.  It’s a job and a business, and it got me into college, which was one of the best things I could have received.
But I’m pleased to be operating on my own initiative now.”

After graduation, these gorgeous brothers went back to performing.  Cole, who is presently dating French-Canadian model Ari Fournier, earned the part of Jughead Jones on Riverdale, while Dylan, who is engaged to Sports Illustrated model Barbara Palvin, began his career in films such as Dismissed and Banana Split.

“Rather than having someone contact us, I’m more inclined to write something for us to work on together.  Twin films are seldom enjoyable!  Dylan stated in 2020, “That’s simply the universal truth I believe the universe has given us, and so if we can discover the proper stuff, absolutely.”

These two actors grew up right before our eyes, and we’re delighted they’re both successful in the film industry.
