Missing toddler reunited with dad after being found guarded by protective stray dog

A toddler name Kh’amorion Taylor was rescued and returned home safely. Taylor spender Thursday morning walking on the streets of the streets of a north St. Louis City neighborhood alone.

A neighbor who was walking her dogs that morning, saw him. Taylor was wearing his pajamas but the most shocking part was a stray pit bull who looked to be protecting him.

The neighbor told “He looked well taken care of, he was very neat, very clean; he just didn’t have the shoes on,” The neighbor kept searching the boy’s parents and home for the next couple of hours. She recalled “I knocked on the doors up and down the street.

Knocked on the doors, no answers; no one who did answer, they didn’t recognize the child,”She walked and kept waking until toddler’s father saw his son picture on social media and quickly came to pick up his son.

The parents indeed were lucky to have such a wonderful soul for the protection of their baby boy.

It is important that we stick together, that we help each other, that we go back to the things that our grandparents and their community used to do,” she added. “That we build a sense of unity.”

Taylor never forget the dog and kept saying “puppy”. It seemed he wanted the dog to go home with him. The Taylor was redunited to his family.
