Donald Trump received “unflattering” campaign counsel from Barron Trump

In the lead-up to the 2024 presidential election, Barron Trump was kept out of the spotlight while his father, Donald Trump, campaigned across the country. However, it was then revealed that the 18-year-old was instrumental in the former media tycoon’s comeback to the White House.

However, a new book reveals the full scope of what Barron did for his father, and it turns out that he did more than just offer some ideas on how to influence the younger vote during the campaign.

After residing in Palm Beach and Washington for around ten years, Barron Trump is back in New York City. During his first tenure in Washington, Donald Trump’s youngest son lived in the White House with his parents. The Trumps moved to Palm Beach, Florida’s Mar-a-Lago after their departure in 2021.

Barron persisted in his studies, and last May he received his high school diploma. After much searching, Barron and his family ultimately decided on New York University’s Stern Business School as the best fit for him.

Neither his time in the White House nor his Palm Beach high school years garnered much media attention for Barron. Barron, who is now 18 years old, was not publicly present by his father’s side during the presidential campaign, but he and his mother, Melania Trump, attended the celebration when Donald Trump won the 2024 election.

Barron received acclaim for his behaviour around former presidents and high-ranking politicians during the Inauguration. Trump was even hailed as a future president by some Trump fans.

Joe Biden, who subsequently chose to withdraw from the presidential race, appeared to be Trump’s rival in June. However, according to Isenstadt’s book Revenge: The Inside Story of Trump’s Return to Power, Barron gave his father some much-needed counsel before to one of their fights.

According to the Daily Mail, Isenstadt wrote, “Barron, now a teenager, told him he flapped his gums too much last time and needed to let Biden do more of the talking.” “Talking too much, too frequently, and without content is referred to as “flapping your gums” in a disparaging and informal way.

After being sheltered from the cameras throughout the White House years, the author continued, “Trump listened to his son, who was expressing some interest in politics and a willingness to be more public.” When Donald Trump gave his speech to Congress in early March, the whole Trump family was once again in Washington.

But there was no sign of Barron. Melania was present, along with his half-siblings, Ivanka Trump, Donald Trump Jr., Eric Trump, and Tiffany Trump. Barron probably was unable to go due to school, but he is always invited to come even though he is not residing in Washington under this Trump administration.

In January, Melania said on Fox, “He will come and visit, yes.” “I think our kids think they’re about 18 or 19 years old. We mentor and instruct them. We then provide them the ability to fly. Additionally, I always respect Barron’s yes/no responses, as well as his interests and desired location.
