JFK’s grandson blasts JD Vance and Pope for their ‘disgusting’ comments
Jack Schlossberg, President John F. Kennedy’s grandson, drew criticism for tweeting, “Okay JD killed the pope,” in response to Pope Francis’ death. His apparent joking comment rapidly went viral and prompted uproar online, with many labelling it shameful and rude.
Many argued that Schlossberg, given his family’s history and Catholic affiliations, should have known better.
The post came after Vice President JD Vance met with the Pope the day before his death.

Vance expressed worry for the Pope’s health and spent a brief private time with him in Rome.Following the Pope’s death, Vance paid a moving tribute, acknowledging his illness and offering a powerful prayer from Pope Francis.
The Vatican stated that the Pope died of a stroke, not respiratory problems, at roughly 7:35 a.m. on Monday. His death marked the conclusion of a pontificate devoted to humility, social justice, and assisting the marginalised.
