Orla, the dog of Prince William and Kate Middleton, was allowed to share a bed with them, it has been revealed

Kate Middleton and Prince William have always had a strong affinity with animals. That applies to the entire Royal Family, however it’s possible that the most people have heard about the late Queen Elizabeth’s signature corgi dogs. The Prince and Princess of Wales, on the other hand, adore dogs, and they acquired their first pet in 2011.

After Lupo tragically died in 2020, Kate Middleton’s brother gave William and Kate’s three children a new puppy, Orla, shortly after. Like the prince and princess’ house, not much is known about Orla’s life, despite the fact that the adorable dog has grown to be a cherished member of the family. Prince William disclosed fresh information a few days ago, and it appears the dog has an unusual sleeping arrangement.

Prince William and Kate Middleton, of course, came from very different backgrounds. While the Princess of Wales’s childhood was not particularly difficult, it is understandable that William, as the royal heir, had a rather unusual upbringing. And then there was the anguish William experienced following the death of Princess Diana, his mother.

Prince William has a history of loving animals. The secret of Orla’s sleeping arrangement was exposed by William when he spoke with Louise Harland, whose dog adored the future king.

Harland said to Hits Radio Cornwall, “[He was] totally in love with my little dog.” Jacks approached him. He enquired as to what breed he was, and I told him that he was a cockerjack, which makes him a little different from other breeds.

The dog owner continued, “[He] mentioned that his little dog sleeps on the bed with them at night, with him and Kate,” disclosing that William had also informed her that Orla “loves cuddles.”
