Prince Harry is unable to control his tears after watching the Queen’s procession
There has never been a queen in the UK other than Elizabeth for the vast majority of people. Certainly not in recent memory.
One of history’s most admired and revered monarchs, Queen Elizabeth reigned over England for an amazing 70 years, enduring hardships but maintaining composure and dignity right up until the end.
Father Time, however, strikes both king and peasant equally. A magnificent reign that started back in February 1952 came to an end this week.
Of course, there are situations when such examination goes too far and is, to put it bluntly, excessive. The tragic tale of Princess Diana, who was relentlessly pursued by the media to the point that it seriously affected her happiness, is proof of this. One could say that Meghan Markle almost experienced the same fate before deciding to leave her position as a royal for good and travel to the US.
Even if it had the best of intentions, that action led to some tension between Harry and Meghan and the royal family, but it was nothing in comparison to the consequences from their now-famous sit-down interview with Oprah Winfrey.
Meghan and Harry walked into their new house in Montecito, California, in July 2020. Many famous people who want to escape the bustle of Hollywood call this location home, including Oprah Winfrey, Gwyneth Paltrow, and Ellen DeGeneres.
In their interview with Oprah, Meghan and Harry set the stage for a lot of criticism, but it appears that the majority of the harm was already done because they made a number of surprising allegations.
Despite the fact that Harry has been in the UK since their infamous falling out, it is quite safe to assume that his relationship with his immediate family is still tense.
We only recently relayed information about Harry and his father, King Charles, tentatively attempting to rebuild burned bridges. Much of what happens between them, as well as between Harry and Prince William, will probably never be made public, but it makes logical to presume that the royal family as a whole realises the benefits of maintaining a united face going ahead.
Harry is the subject of a lot of attention now that he is, if only temporarily, back in the royal family.
Harry reportedly experienced emotional outbursts during the ceremony marking the late Queen Elizabeth’s lying in state at Westminster Hall, according to Hello Magazine. As his grandmother’s coffin was lowered into the hallway, Harry could be seen wiping his eyes as he walked with his brother and other members of the royal family.
