What Prince William said to Prince Louis at the VE Day Parade is revealed by a lip reader

During VE Day festivities in London, Prince Louis once again won hearts and made headlines, demonstrating his rapid development into the most likable seven-year-old in the royal family.

Alongside his brother Prince George, young Louis found himself in the spotlight as people throughout the United Kingdom commemorated the 80th anniversary of Victory in Europe Day, which marks the end of World War II in Europe and Germany’s surrender.

Although there were military processions, parades, and tributes to celebrate the solemn occasion, Louis’ responses were what kept audiences delighted.

The royal child provided another memorable moment during the proceedings, this time with a well-timed eye-roll and a hint of dry sarcasm, in typical Louis fashion. Professional lip reader Nicola Hickling claims that Louis was seen on tape posing the deadpan query, “Isn’t this supposed to be fun?” to his father, Prince William.

As the Armed Forces marched past them, Hickling, the creator of LipReader Ltd., told The Express what she thinks was said during a brief conversation between father and son. “Isn’t it great that they are grabbing their bars?” William allegedly asked Louis. “They are marching straight,” Louis said matter-of-factly in response.

Then, in an attempt to keep his son interested, William asked if he could see the soldiers lining up or turning. “They’re going in a circle,” Louis retorted. Every parent should be reminded that even future rulers have to cope with caustic children.

Louis’ responses, predictably, went viral once more. “Oh, the baby brother eye roll,” remarked one X user. I believe that Prince Louis’ shenanigans will hopefully continue for a very long time. “Prince Louis and his eye roll,” said another.

Haha! Prince Louis continues to win over fans with his humor, honesty, and unmistakable charisma despite the difficulties he has endured, such as the death of his great-grandmother, Queen Elizabeth II, and the recent cancer diagnosis of his mother.
