Warning signs that your body is exhibiting that you should be aware of
Our bodies communicate information about everything that happens to us. It provides us with health-related information. When we have health problems, our bodies send us signals to let us know.
We’ll look for eight indications from our body to be aware of.
The skin is turning yellow:
Jaundice-induced skin discoloration might be an indication of liver disease. Because of the high concentrations, our bodies are unable to eliminate bilirubin. As a result, the skin and eye whites are yellow.
Dotted white nails:
If you’ve ever experienced white flecks on your nails, it could have been an unintentional occurrence. If not, it may indicate a protein, calcium, or zinc shortage.
As a result of dehydration, blisters or cracks may form. However, you may be applying the incorrect lipstick.
In addition to persistent pulmonary disease, clubbed fingernails can indicate digestive problems. Nails grow and bend downward if left untreated.
Upper eyelids with white pimples:
The white nodules that form on your eyelids are known as styes. If you have dry skin or diabetes, they may form around your eyelashes.
Your cornea is surrounded by a ring:
Fat deposits, or arcus senilis, are the grey or white ring that surrounds your cornea. While it is prevalent in the elderly due to their old age, the presence of it in your eyes can indicate high cholesterol levels.
The tongue is bright red:
A bright crimson tongue may indicate an illness or a vitamin shortage. The colour of the language may also change as a result of oral herpes.
