Rudy Giuliani is in critical condition in the hospital, and Trump has weighed in with a strong message

Former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani, a longtime ally of Donald Trump, was rushed to the hospital and is now listed in critical but stable condition. His spokesperson, Ted Goodman, shared the update on social media yesterday, though he kept details pretty limited. No one has said exactly what led to this yet. Giuliani did have a car accident late last year, but it does not seem connected.

President Trump took to Truth Social to express his thoughts, calling Giuliani the best mayor New York City has ever had. He described his old friend as a true warrior and voiced how sad the whole situation is.

Trump did not hold back, pointing fingers at the Democrats and the radical left for how they treated Giuliani over the years. He suggested they went after him unfairly even though Giuliani had been right about so many things.

In his post, Trump wrote something along the lines of how tragic it is that Giuliani was treated so badly by those he called lunatics, claiming they cheated in elections and tried to destroy the country. He ended on a note of real sorrow for his longtime supporter.

Giuliani served as a key advisor in Trump’s first administration and was vocal about claims that the 2020 election was stolen. He spoke at the Stop the Steal rally before the January 6 events and faced serious consequences afterward, including being disbarred in New York and Washington DC. He also settled a defamation lawsuit with two Georgia election workers last year.

At 81 years old, Giuliani has been through a lot in recent times, and news of his hospitalization has many people concerned. Supporters and critics alike are watching for more updates on his health.
