She called the practice archaic and went on to say they are her kids, whether adopted or biological.
She went on to call out the mainstream media and the public to put an end to such an act. ”Let’s all just refer to these kids as our kids.” Don’t say my adopted child.” No one Cal’s their kid their ”IVF child” or their ” oh, shit, I went to a bar and got knocked-up child.” Let us just say, ”our children”,” Bullock said in her InStyle interview.
Bullock feels motherhood is not just about bringing a child into the world; it’s about caring, loving, and always being there for that person. It’s about creating an unbreakable bond with that child.
She once filed a lawsuit in 2015 against a publication firm for using images of her Laila, without her permission. She hopes to have a perfect upbringing for her kids, away from the social stereotypes and archaic reasoning.
