Adam Rich from Eight is Enough today
While growing up Eight is Enough was one of my favorite shows and it’s been 44 years since its first premiere.
It was a great family show and the dynamic character made the show worthwhile.
When talking about the series, we can’t forget Adam Rich who played the role of Nicholas in the series.
He is 53 years old today and has the best moment of his life like every other actor in the series.
Adam was born on October 12 in 1968 in Brooklyn, New York. As a young boy, he already knew the path he was going to follow and no one knew the little boy’s dream was going to come true one day.
Adam’s parents helped him climb the ladder of success so easily and by the age of 9, he was getting gigs. It didn’t get long before he started working for brands and appearing on commercials.
In 1976, Adam and his parents saw an ad on ABC and they never knew that this big leap will change their life forever.
It was an ad for the TV series Eight is Enough and the young boy decided to play the role of Nicholas.
Many talented and ambitious young boys were in the queue for that particular role and it looked like it was getting so competitive.
”Well, when I went in for an interview – you know how we always play football in the show? Well, I told them a story about when I used to play football, and I think that probably did it,” Adam told The Charlotte Observer in 1978.
He got the role and when it got premiered he became America’s sweet brother.
The series ran on ABC from 1977 until 1981. It was centered on a family who had 8 children.
It’s like a family. I like everybody in the cast,” the then 9-year-old Adam told The Charlotte Observer.
Rich was predicted to have a great future in Hollywood as he had big dreams at a young age.
As of 2021, his network is estimated to be $1 million according to Celebrity Network worth. From what we know about Rich, he’s married, but we can say if he has kids or not.
He was a famous child actor and his life seems to have gotten better over the years as his recent pictures say so.
We appreciate him for giving us a great show and we wish him all the best.
