The small girl reportedly suffered an accident the day before her fourth birthday while riding her sit-down scooter, and in order to avoid any scarring, she had emergency surgery on Friday, May 12.

Pictures of his daughter’s wounds, which included serious burns and bruising, were shared by Alfonso.
