Fabio Lanzoni today

Fabio Lanzoni will always be remembered in the 80s or’ 90s for his long hair and well trained body.

Fabio started a career in the modelling world after moving from Italy, where he served in the army.

He became the first face of GAP, after he moved to New York. 

He told Washington Post in 2016, “They don’t call it the Italian dream or the English dream,” he says. “In America, there is the American Dream. It was the first place to give people of any social background their dream. You can achieve anything.”

During his career, the chiseled-faced, long-haired hunk appeared in over 400 romance novel covers.

He also appeared in movies, advertisements and also in an episode of the soap opera The Bold and the Beautiful.

Fabio might have had a successful career, but his love life took another dimension.

According to him, he has fallen in love only one and that was to Jennifer, a 19-year-old model working for L’Oreal.

The two dated, but their relationship ended after 6 years and Jennifer cut him off completely after she changed her number.

He explained in 2021, ”I treated her badly, She wanted to settle down, and I was just too wild.”

His body was his brand and it took him a lot of time and effort to keep it in shape.

He always maintained a strict diet from a young age. 

His food menu usually looks like;

-Breakfast: A bowl of oatmeal and an egg white omelet.

The omelet might have either spinach, asparagus, tomatoes, or mushrooms.

-Lunch: Some sort of fresh fish – generally cod, sea bass, or salmon – with a side of vegetables.

-Dinner: A different sort of fish, with vegetables.

Fabio lives in Los Angeles where he lives the best part of his life.

“A lot of people in Hollywood, celebrities, they take themselves too seriously. I want to say, ‘Come on guys, loosen up! Have fun with life.

“The majority, so neurotic… Just relax. Good gift you fame and fortune, enjoy! What is there to be so unfriendly and grumpy [about]?”

Fabio today seems to have left the spotlight since 2015 as that was the last time he updated his homepage.

In an interview he revealed that he still hits the gym as often and hasn’t derailed from his usually diet.

He seems to be dating again and not much is known about his love life or who he is dating.
