Ivanka Trump Gives Unsolicited Advice to Family, Lara Trump Reveals
The Trump family has always been pretty open about their dynamics, but a recent comment from one member has everyone talking. It turns out Ivanka Trump has a habit of dishing out advice to her relatives whether they ask for it or not.
Ivanka has stepped back from the spotlight compared to her dad’s first time in office. These days, she’s enjoying a much lower-key life in Florida with her husband Jared Kushner and their three kids. They settled into a beautiful $24 million home on the exclusive Indian Creek Island near Miami back in 2021.

While she chose not to join the new administration in Washington, Ivanka still shows up for big family moments. She and her siblings were all there when Donald Trump gave his State of the Union address earlier this year.
One body language expert even picked up on some interesting vibes between Ivanka and her youngest brother Barron during that event.
According to the expert who spoke with the Daily Mail, Ivanka and Barron looked like they had developed their own little “power duo” connection. They were sitting together, chatting away and seeming really engaged with each other in a way that felt genuine.
But the real headline came from a recent podcast interview. Lara Trump, who is married to Eric Trump, opened up about family quirks when she was asked who gives the most unsolicited advice in the Trump clan.
Lara pointed straight to Ivanka.
“Maybe Ivanka,” she said with a laugh. “I feel like she wants to help. Like, she always means so well. But you know, it’s okay. We take it all in stride. It’s all good.”
She went on to praise Ivanka for being the best gift-giver in the family too. Lara admitted that she and Eric are terrible at remembering birthdays and sending presents on time, while Ivanka never forgets her nieces and nephews.
It sounds like classic big-sister energy, the kind that’s well-intentioned even if it occasionally lands as a bit much. The family seems to roll with it and appreciate the love behind it.
Family relationships can be complicated, especially in such a high-profile group, but moments like this make them feel a little more relatable to the rest of us.
