Kate Middleton is criticised by Meghan Markle for her actions on their first encounter

The first three episodes of the Netflix documentary series starring Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have now been made available.

The Sussexes wasted no time in attempting to mend their differences with the Royal Family. Instead, they continued to assault them in a number of previous methods.

The couple skipped ahead to the time when Meghan first established herself as a staple of the Firm as they gave fans a glimpse into their love story and upbringing.

Meghan was open and honest about a number of topics, including her friendship with Kate Middleton. She recalled one particular event from their first dinner together. It suffices to say that the claws are out and appear likely to remain so.

Before Harry and Meghan Markle’s Netflix documentary series premiered last Thursday, millions of royal fans were holding their breath. It’s possible that the Royal Family anticipated it as well; they were curious to know what information Harry and Meghan would share about themselves. The Sussexes, on the other hand, first placed more emphasis on their past.

This was probably also known to Meghan. But she wasn’t prepared for Kate, who she had never met before. It is rumoured that Meghan, Harry, William, and Kate got together for a couples’ supper. Although it was a small gathering, Kate didn’t display as much apparent affection as Meghan would have liked.

In the documentary series, Meghan attacked Kate for being aloof and less hospitable than the former actress had anticipated.

Even behind the scenes, the most senior members of the Royal Family appear to value formality.

“I remember I was in ripped jeans and I was barefoot when Will and Kate came over and I met her for the first time, they came over for dinner,” Meghan remembered.

“I loved to embrace. I didn’t understand that because I always hugged people, it actually startled a lot of Brits.

I believe I immediately realised that the formality on the outside carried over to the interior, she continued. There is a forward-looking manner of acting, yet that formality persists on both sides when you lock the door and say, “You can relax now.” And I found that surprising.

Even though Meghan and Kate initially had a rocky relationship, they were by no means adversaries.

Omid Scobie and Carolyn Durand, the authors of Finding Freedom, contend that Meghan and Kate’s tense relationship resulted from a lack of enough prior acquaintance.

They said that Meghan would concur with their opinion that the duchesses were not close friends. Since Markle was Harry’s girlfriend, their friendship hadn’t developed much.

Durand and Scobie also point out that Kate didn’t go to great lengths to welcome Markle into the family, at least not in the manner that one may have anticipated.

Meghan had anticipated Kate would take her under her wing and teach her everything she needed to know as someone new to the firm.
