Melanie Trump fires back at an expert who mocked her
Even though Melanie Trump is no longer in the white house, many people still have a lot to talk about her.
The former first lady hasn’t been so active on social media ever since her husband Donald Trump left office and seems she has avoided public appearances too.
Recently, she publicly carpeted someone who has always been on her neck for quite a long time.
Most of us know what happened to Jackie Kennedy’s Rose garden and seems many never let go of the refurbishing she did to the garden.
Most first ladies that ever stepped into the White House always had something to change or input into the white house and the most famous one that drew a lot of attention was refurbishing of the Jackie Kennedy’s Rose garden.
The famous Colonial garden was first formed by President Theodore Roosevelt’s wife, First Lady Edith Roosevelt before it was replaced by a Rose garden by Lady Ellen Wilson, the first wife of President Woodrow Wilson.
The garden has been of great help to many presidents, beings place they contemplate in the time of crisis or have a quiet time all by themselves. It has been a breathing space over the years And never stop being an important site in the white house.
During President Trump’s regime, the garden was used as a site for special occasions and press conferences.
After Melanie revealed her plans of refurbishing the garden in 2020, many welcomed the idea and couldn’t wait to see the turnout of events.
Firstly, they started with improving the infrastructures in the Rose garden, the audio equipment as well as cameras were put in place. The former first lady made the garden open to people with disabilities.
The limestone in the central lawn, flanked by treeless beds stood out amidst all the adjustments made in the Rose garden, and it was the most eye-catching feature.
This was the last work done by Melanie Trump before she left the white house and many have different opinions about the adjustments made.
People wondered what happened to the Rose’s that were in the garden and it no longer looked like the lush garden they all anticipated.
Melanie never responded to the harsh criticism she got and kept her cool. She lashed out at Michael Beschloss when he tweeted at a rather false view of the garden.
