People were understandably concerned when they learned that Shaquille O’Neal, their beloved former basketball player, was undergoing surgery in a hospital. But, the former NBA all-star resorted to social media to allay any worries his fans might have.

I’m constantly watching @TurnerSportsEJ and @Candace Parker miss y’all, he wrote in an Instagram picture.
