Pierce Brosnan shares a throwback picture of him and his wife, Keely Shay Smith

‘Happy Anniversary my love Keely, we danced that night and still dance the dance today. I could it all again,” the James Bond star posted on his social media page on their wedding anniversary.

The couple met each other for the first time in 1994 at a party and decided to tie the knot 7 years later.

Wow!’” Shortly afterward, they had their first date when they “sat down under the stars, and he held my hand. Fireworks were going off over our heads, and Kenny Loggins was singing.”

“We talked until 3 in the morning. I understand why women find him sexy because he is an appealing man. He likes and appreciates women. … He’s intelligent, captivating and his real beauty emanates from the soul,” she added. “And, like a fine wine, he’s aging beautifully.”

The James Bond star had a lot to say about his wife, I found a great woman in Keely Shaye,” he told People. “Not if I searched a million times over would I find one as good.”

They have been married for over 20 years and Pierce is still over heels in love with his wife.

Pierce Brosnan was previously married before meeting Keely ShayeSmith. He tied the knot with Cassandra Harris who he lost to ovarian cancer.

“To watch someone you love to have his or her life eaten away bit by bit by this insidious disease, that part of your sorrow becomes an indelible part of your psyche,” he said. “I held the generous, strong beautiful hand of my first wife Cassie as ovarian cancer took her life too soon. Just last year, I held the hand of my funny, wonderful daughter Charlotte, before she too died from this wretched inherited disease.”

The heartbreak was too much for the actor, but we are happy he found love again and we wish him all the best.
