Prince Charles’ regret over Meghan Markle and Harry’s decision

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle left everyone speechless when they decided to become financially independent meaning they are stepping away from the royal family.

They were all over the British tabloid and it’s speculated that their decision was fueled by the hate on Meghan due to her skin color.

The couple made the decision together, but it seems like everyone is pushing all the blame to Meghan and that was one of the motivations behind ”Megxit.”

Prince Harry hasn’t said a lot since the issue started in January, even though he said, “the decision that I have made for my wife and I to step back is not one I made lightly,” but, “there really was no other option”.

The couple decided to relocate to California, USA. The location was so perfect for Archie’s wellbeing as they wanted him close to nature.

An insider told Harpers Bazaar, “Archie is really happy, and he has some space to run free. The house came with a play structure that he’ll be climbing in no time. They’re excited to be there and to become part of the community. It’s a really happy time for them as a family.”

The couple seems to be happy with their decision and starting a new life somewhere else, but the British family isn’t happy with their decision. It is speculated that the queen wasn’t consulted before they took their decision and Elton knew beforehand.

Prince Charles was angry when he got wind of what was going on.

He wanted to see Prince Harry and Meghan still part of the royal family, but there wasn’t much he could do as they already made their decision.

Royal author Nigel Cawthorne claims, that above all, Prince Charles “personally regrets the fact he will not see his son and family.

“I think he genuinely made an attempt to support what Harry and Meghan were looking for as long as it would not upset other HRHs. In truth, however, there wasn’t a lot he could do apart from offering moral support,” Cawthorne said.

Despite their misunderstanding, their relationship never got worse even a bit.

A source told The Sun, ”Harry hugely respects his father’s opinion and has welcomed the advice he has given him.”

Charles said when he spoke to Harry on BBC Radio 4’s, “I’ve probably bored you to tears over the years. What I’ve tried to do all these years is to make sure, if I can possibly, is that ensure that you and your children, my grandchildren, also everybody else’s grandchildren, have a world fit to live in, that provides them with opportunity.”

I hope that someday Charles will get to meet his grandchild.
