Spend your time on those that love you unconditionally, do not waste it on those that only love you when the terms and conditions are favorable to them.

Love is a beautiful thing especially when it’s for the right reasons, with no conditions attached, just the purest form of it.

No one has ever shown me so much love like my parents; when I was a teenager I was a rebellious child.

A week couldn’t just end without getting my parents into trouble and most times I wasn’t remorseful for my actions, after each trouble I end up getting into a bigger one.

They never gave up on me throughout my rebellious days, at some points they wanted to throw me out to the street, but they never did that.

My condition got so worse because I became addicted to drugs and I had to spend almost all my youth days in a rehabilitation center.

During those phases of my life, my parents never stopped checking on me, I could see my mom leave with tears in her eyes each time she was told I won’t go home with her.

Their love made me realize how much of a bad child I have been and gave me reasons to change for the better.

I got better within a space of three years and I was once back to my home again with the people who love me most in the world.

They loved and cared for me even in my worst state; that’s unconditional love.
