In a homage to Caan, who passed away on Wednesday at the age of 82, Sylvester Stallone referred to his late buddy as “one of a kind!”.
Sylvester Stallone is giving James Caan, his deceased friend, a dignified send-off.
Following the Godfather star’s passing on Wednesday at the age of 82, the Golden Globe winner, 76, joined the tributes to his “wonderful friend” Caan on Friday by posting a statement in his honour and a few sentimental throwback pictures on Instagram.
“I shall miss my amazing actor friend James Caan! Strong, smart, and a man’s man. A unique creation! Stallone wrote the post’s caption.
In season 2 of NBC’s Las Vegas, which Caan starred in as Ed Deline, in 2005, he and Caan shared their first on-screen collaboration. They both most recently made an appearance in the film Chuck Zito: An American Story.
