Three firefighters from the same firehouse celebrate becoming dads within 24 hours

Within 24 hours, three firefighters from the same firehouse in Fredericksburg, Virginia, became fathers to sons.

After becoming fathers at Spotsylvania Regional Medical Center on Monday, the joyful parents, who work for Fort Belvoir Fire and Emergency Services at Fort Belvoir Army Base, proudly displayed their new additions.

Kyle Dean, one of the new parents, stated, “All of our doctors use Spotsylvania Regional, and the nursing staff has been exceptionally nice, passionate, and compassionate.”

“The personnel makes you feel as if they genuinely care about you. Everyone who enters the room, including the cleaning workers, nurses, the NICU, and others.”

Kyle said he and the other expectant fathers had talked about how crazy it would be if their babies came at the same time, but they didn’t actually think it would happen.

“Once I found out I actually told the nurses. Just a heads up — two of my guys are coming as well and we ended up with the nickname from the nursing staff as the fab three!” Fellow dad Michael Irvine told Fox News.

Kyle said he was sure their three boys would end up becoming good friends.

‘Do not blink…’ ‘It passes by so quickly.’
“We’ll get together and take milestone photos of all three of them.” “Perhaps one day we’ll bring them up to the firehouse for a group shot,” he continued.

Kyle, who already had a “handful” of children and was “adding to the bunch,” offered this good advise to first-time fathers: “Definitely take advantage of it and don’t blink because it goes by fast.”

“The most important thing is to be present as much as possible, (especially) with our schedule – because, as Kyle Frederick says, it passes by in a flash,” Michael remarked. They grow up so fast, so spend as much time with them as you can and cherish the moments.”

What a nice coincidence, and who knows, maybe all three boys will follow in their fathers’ footsteps and become firefighters. Congratulations!
