Trump Boasts About Acing Yet Another Cognitive Test Amid Health Concerns
Donald Trump recently had an MRI and insists he’s nailed two cognitive tests already. But with experts questioning whether he’s being upfront about his health, he finally spoke out on Wednesday—and even managed to pat himself on the back for taking a third test.
For months now, people have been buzzing about Donald Trump’s health. He spent years criticizing Joe Biden in 2020 and 2024, calling him too old and unfit due to health problems. But now, at 79, Trump himself is the oldest president ever inaugurated this year, and suddenly everyone’s eyes are on him.

He got that MRI earlier this year but oddly claimed he didn’t even know which body part they were checking. A bunch of doctors are worried that Trump and his team aren’t giving the full story to the public.
That said, his personal doctor gave him a clean bill of health after a routine checkup not too long ago, calling it “excellent.”
A Leading Psychologist’s Stark Warning on Trump’s Condition
Back in late November, on The Daily Beast Podcast, prominent psychologist Dr. John Gartner—a therapist, activist, author, and ex-professor at Johns Hopkins—suggested that Trump’s odd behavior lately screams of a personality disorder that’s spiraling because of dementia.
“When folks get dementia, they turn into exaggerated, uglier versions of who they were,” Gartner explained on the podcast.
He’d pointed out before that the president’s slip-ups in speech, daily mix-ups, and constant forgetfulness are straight-up signs of dementia. And Gartner thinks it’s getting worse, tied to what he calls “malignant narcissism.”
“Any personality flaws just crumble further—they get cruder, more scattered, aggressive, and confused,” he added.
Gartner even mentioned Trump’s Veterans Day appearance, showing what he called “psychomotor slowdown.” He noted how Trump struggled with a simple salute.
“You can tell he’s having trouble lifting his hand properly,” Gartner wrapped up. “This could tie into dementia or even a stroke—maybe both. It seems focused on his right side: the facial droop, and that wide, swinging gait where his leg circles out. Classic indicators.”
Trump Finally Speaks Up About His Health
The New York Times ran a piece noting how Trump’s calendar has fewer public appearances and way less domestic travel compared to his first term at this stage. True to form, Trump hates negative press, so on December 9, he hopped on Truth Social to set the record straight about his health.
Weirdly, he spilled that he’d just done a third cognitive test—and couldn’t help bragging.
“No president’s ever hustled like I have! Longest hours, top-notch results,” Trump posted, claiming he’s built this “aura” around America that’s got every nation respecting us more than ever.
He went on about the “dull” checkups at Walter Reed, overseen by elite doctors.
“All of them gave me flawless scores—some even said they’ve never seen anything so solid. I take these tests for the sake of the country,” he wrote.
Trump Touts His Third Cognitive Win
“On top of the physicals, I’ve done what no other president’s bothered with: three cognitive exams, the latest one just recently. It’s tough stuff—most folks, even at The New York Times, couldn’t handle it. But I aced every single one, right there with a crowd of doctors and pros I mostly don’t even know.”
He capped it off with, “I’ll spot when I’m slowing down, but it’s sure not happening yet!”
