Royal fans go wild over Princess Charlotte’s resemblance to Queen

Prince William and Kate released a family picture for Christmas and it’s getting world attention. The focus isn’t on the two couples but the beautiful little princess Charlotte.

According to Kensington Palace, the picture was taken while they were on a family trip to Jordan.

“Delighted to share a new image of the family, which features on this year’s Christmas card 🎄,” the couple wrote on Instagram on Friday alongside the new photo.

Over two million people responded to the picture and they were able to point out the striking resemblance between the 6-year-old Princess and her great grandmother the Queen.

“Is it possible that in treating children like children — both in the way we dress them and the activities we allow them to pursue — we will better prepare them for a natural, responsible transition to adulthood some day in the future?” Holmquist said.
