A new lawsuit against Alec Baldwin

Most of us can remember what happened to Halyna Hutchins and it seems like her family isn’t letting go of the case.

Halyna Hutchins died after the bullet hit her and there seems to be more than we thought.

On the film set of Rust, Alec Baldwin propped a gun which went on to kill cinematographer Halyna Hutchins, exited her body, and hurt director, Joel Souza.

Baldwin said, “Someone put a live bullet in a gun, a bullet that wasn’t even supposed to be on the property.”

He continued, “Someone is responsible for what happened, and I can’t say who that is, but I know it’s not me.”

Halyna Hutchins was Agee 42 when she was passed away. She was rushed to the hospital immediately but was pronounced dead by the medical team attending to her.

Alec Baldwin went on to Twitter to pay condolences to her family.

Baldwin said in the tweets from an account for the Hilaria and Alec Baldwin Foundation, “There are no words to convey my shock and sadness regarding the tragic accident that took the life of Halyna Hutchins, a wife, mother, and deeply admired colleague of ours.

I’m fully cooperating with the police investigation to address how this tragedy occurred, and I am in touch with her husband, offering my support to him and his family.”

He continued, “My heart is broken for her husband, their son, and all who knew and loved Halyna.”

Alec’s wife also paid her condolences in an Instagram post saying, “My heart is with Halyna. Her husband. Her son. Their family and loved ones. And my Alec. It’s said, ‘there are no words,’ because it’s impossible to express the shock and heartache of such a tragic accident. Heartbreak, Loss, Support.”

A police investigation has been going on since the incident, and a lawsuit was filed against Alec Baldwin.

Baldwin’s lawyers are working tirelessly to dismiss the law case as Baldwin insisted he never pulled the trigger.

He told ABC News, “I don’t know what happened on that set. I don’t know how that bullet arrived in that gun, I don’t know, but I’m all for doing anything that will take us to a place where this is less likely to happen again.”

“This was a marking rehearsal,” Baldwin added. “And [Hutchins] says to me, ‘Hold the gun lower. Go to your right. Okay, right there. All right, do that. Now show it a little bit lower.’ And she’s getting me to position the gun. She’s guiding me through how she wants me to hold the gun for this angle. I’m holding the gun where she told me to hold it, which ended up being aimed right below her armpit.”

Alec Baldwin recently returned to work and a new lawsuit has been filed against him.

Hutches family in a new lawsuit said, “This lawsuit seeks justice for the losses of her survivors and to hold responsible those who caused her tragic [passing].”

The lawyer said of the suit filed in New Mexico, “[Baldwin] has significant portion liability, but there are others, and that’s what this case is going to be about — assessing fair apportionment to whoever’s responsible for the senseless tragedy.”

New details of what happened were revealed in a 10 minutes animated video.

According to Hutchin’s lawyer, the bullet hit her from 4 feet away, a claim Alec’s lawyers were able to falsify.

No one knows what’s going to come out from all these, but we hope that justice is served.
