Al Roker is still in the hospital, which is unfortunate

Al Roker is providing updates while receiving medical care for ongoing health problems.

The 68-year-old weatherman for the Today show uploaded a picture of the dawn over the city on Thursday morning and told his followers that he intended to leave the hospital shortly.

He captioned the Instagram picture, “Hopefully heading home soon, but when your spirit sags a bit, you get to see that and refresh.” God bless you everyone for thinking about my family and I in your prayers.

Many individuals sent Roker encouraging letters in the hopes that he may recover fully and quickly.

One week after expressing gratitude on the Today show, Roker used social media while recuperating in the hospital.

The venerable television personality last made an appearance on the broadcast on November 4. He was admitted to the hospital for treatment of blood clots in his leg and lungs. A few weeks later, he was discharged, but the day after Thanksgiving, he was readmitted once more.

As a result, Roker missed both the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade, his first in 27 years, and the customary Rockefeller Center Christmas Tree Lighting.

A source claims that Deborah Roberts, Al’s wife, was “locked out of her car and couldn’t get into it” when the emergency move took place after Thanksgiving.

The insider claimed that she was unable to get her possessions, including her phone, because “the automobile broke down.”

Roker’s 24-year-old daughter Leila thanked her fans for their well wishes after her father was readmitted to the hospital due to health issues.
