His mother sent a message on her Instagram account confirming Ronnie’s passing.

The musician added, “Ronnie, you left the world far too early.” “I close my eyes in grief and remember you, my precious son.”

Afida Turner, Ronnie’s wife, also verified the information on Instagram. The French singer accompanied her message with a carousel post including pictures of her family.

“Even though I tried my hardest, I was unable to save you this time. I’ve loved you for 17 years, and this is terrible, and I’m furious “She said in the post’s caption. “This is a tragedy; may your father Ike Turner, Craig, and Aline rest in paradise. So unjust.”

Shortly after his death, Tina revealed that she couldn’t figure out why her son had taken his own life.

“I still don’t know what took him to the edge because at that stage he had said to me that he had never met a woman that he felt that way about,” she told the BBC. “He was bringing her to meet me [for] his birthday in August. He had decorated his apartment that I bought him years ago. He had gotten a new job with a prominent real estate company in California, [which] he was very happy with.”
