Bill Clinton has spoken out after a batch of previously unreleased photos surfaced in the latest Epstein documents dump.

The Justice Department put out thousands of records — including hundreds of photos — on Friday, December 19, as part of a new law pushing for more transparency around the Epstein case.

Notably, President Trump doesn’t show up in these files, even though he had known connections to Epstein years ago. But several other big names do appear, with Bill Clinton featuring in quite a few of the pictures.

Clinton has long been linked to Epstein through rumors and old associations, and these new images quickly stirred up a lot of chatter online.

One shot shows him with Epstein, Ghislaine Maxwell, and a woman whose face is blurred out, hanging out by a pool. Another captures him at dinner with Epstein and Mick Jagger. There’s even one of him relaxing in a hot tub.

White House press secretary Karoline Leavitt shared that pool photo on X, captioning it “Oh my!” with a shocked emoji.

Clinton’s team didn’t stay quiet for long. His spokesperson, Angel Ureña, fired back in a statement on X, accusing the administration of trying to pin this on Clinton as a distraction.

“They didn’t hold onto these files for months just to drop them on a Friday afternoon to shield Bill Clinton,” Ureña said. “This is about protecting themselves from whatever’s coming next — or what they’ll never let see the light of day. Go ahead and share all the blurry, decades-old photos you want. This has never been about Bill Clinton, and it never will be.”

One particularly viral image from the release depicts Clinton in what looks like an indoor pool with Maxwell and a redacted woman.

Ureña went on to draw a clear line: “There are two kinds of people in this story. One group had no idea what was going on and broke off contact with Epstein before his crimes became public. The other kept ties even after. We’re firmly in the first group.”

He added that no amount of delay from those in the second group would change the facts, and that people — especially Trump supporters — deserve real answers, not distractions.

Clinton has always maintained that he cut ties with Epstein around 2005, well before the financier’s 2008 guilty plea in Florida for soliciting a minor.

It’s worth remembering that just appearing in these photos doesn’t mean anyone is accused of wrongdoing. The release is tied to the Epstein Files Transparency Act, which requires the DOJ to make public a massive trove of redacted materials — nearly 600,000 pages in total — including images, videos, reports, and early statements from victims, all aimed at shedding more light on the whole scandal.
