Cher’s love life and affair with Tom Cruise

Cher can be said to be one of the most successful entertainers in the world as she has a lot to her name, ranging from awards, her show, acting on Broadway, and touring the world.

At the age of 16, Cher got married to her first husband, Sonny Bono, and created a great singing duet together.

Four days after divorcing Sonny, Cher went on to marry musician Gregg Allman in 1979. In 1979, before their marriage ended, they had a son and a duet album.

Cher didn’t remarry but has been involved in several relationships and one of them is that of Tom Cruise.

There are lots of speculations concerning their relationship and when the duo was questioned about their love affair, they had nothing to say.

Cher and Cruise met for the first time at Sean Penn and Madonna’s 1985 wedding.

In an interview with The Daily Mail, Cher disclosed that she had a fling with Tom Cruise.

After their first meeting, they started dating and according to Cher, “he’s the most adorable man you can imagine.”

“It was pretty hot and heavy for a little minute,” she told Watch What Happens Live.

They both had dyslexia and that ignited their affair.

“Then, a bunch of people who were dyslexic was invited to the White House, and Tom and I are both dyslexic. We didn’t go out ’til way later, but there was a connection there,” said Cher.

Cher always rates him among her top five lovers and cherishes the moments they spent together.

Tom cruise on his part wasn’t so happy that he was listed among Cher’s top five which include, Warren Beatty, Richie Sambora, Gene Simmons, and Val Kilmer.

Speaking about Val Kilmer, she said when we kissed I thought my head would shoot right off my body”, while she called Rob Camilletti – a pastry chef 18 years her junior – ”possibly the one true love of my life”.

Tom Cruise wasn’t happy that she talked about it at all as that was meant to be private or rather between just the both of them.

A source told The Mirror, ”Everyone knows he was not happy – it seemed to be a sensitive topic.”

When asked if she has a boyfriend she said, “Not… not this week. I’m still on the lookout. The problem I have with all the boyfriends lately is that I don’t want to go anyplace with them because you can’t keep a relationship going in this kind of goldfish bowl, where everything you do and every picture you have taken will be on Instagram. There’s no way to keep something special.”
