Here’s all you need to know about Sarah Palin

Sarah Palin was born in Sandpoint, Idaho, in 1964, and grew up in the small town of Wasilla, about 40 miles north of Anchorage.

Sarah Palin attended Wasilla High School, where she became a basketball star and also met her future husband, Todd Palin, during a basketball game.

Sarah eloped with Todd and went on to have a secret wedding as they were poor at that time and didn’t want to incur expenses on their parents. They had five children together, Track Charles James (1989), Bristol Sheeran Marie (1990), Willow Bianca Faye (born 1994), Piper Indy Grace (2001), and Trig Paxson Van (2008), who suffers from Downs Syndrome.

In 1992, Sarah decided to enter politics and it wasn’t so hard for her to get votes as she had a charming personality and in 20p6 became the first female and youngest governor of Alaska.

Her husband, Todd Palin often referred to himself as the first dude.

Scott Davis, one of Todd’s closest friends, told New York Times, “He was almost embarrassed about it or shy, I guess. It never changed him one iota. It took him a little while to adjust to the attention.”

In 2008, John McCain picked Sarah as his running mate, and a few months into the campaign, Sarah revealed that her unmarried 17-year-old daughter, Bristol, was five months pregnant.

”Trig was a 16-week-old baby at the time. Bristol in high school, teenager, and pregnant. We were just a microcosm of America. We were up there on stage and I just thought ‘Oh man…who’d thunk?”

The child’s father, Levi revealed that Sarah wanted to keep the pregnancy a secret and wanted to adopt the baby.

Today, Bristol is 31 years old and with three children. She runs a real ESTATE company in texas so she was doing great for herself.

In 2019, Sarah revealed that her marriage to Todd has ended and what left her heartbroken was that she got a divorce notice from her husband via email.

It was devastating news as she never saw that coming. Todd filed a divorce stating they are incompatible. Sarah tried to repair the cracks but their marriage ended in 2020.

Sarah was able to find love again and started dating Ron Duguay, New York Rangers Star.

“Ron is the first person that I’ve ever even talked to about a lot of this personal stuff. So it’s been helpful and refreshing to have Ron to talk to about not just politics because he’s got the more common sense in his little finger than the collective in DC, but just about life,” the mother of five and grandmother of seven explained.

We are happy she’s doing well for herself and we wish her all the best.
