Jesse Watters and Julie Banderas Spark Backlash Over Creepy Barron Trump Date Comments on Fox News
People have been buzzing about rumors that Barron Trump might have a girlfriend these days. Nothing has been officially confirmed, but recently there was talk that he cleared out an entire floor of Trump Tower in New York just to have some privacy during a date.
Then on Fox News things took a strange turn. Hosts Jesse Watters and Julie Banderas ended up having a conversation that many viewers found way too personal and uncomfortable. They started chatting about whether the 19 year old had sex on that date or not.

Barron is now in his sophomore year at NYU Stern Business School and has moved back to the White House while studying at the universitys DC campus. His private life has stayed pretty quiet which is probably for the best at his age. His mom Melania has always been protective about keeping him out of the spotlight as much as possible.
A report from Page Six mentioned the date at Trump Tower and how security shut down the whole floor for safety reasons. That detail alone drew attention but it did not stop there.
On the September 30 episode of Jesse Watters Primetime the two hosts went further while discussing the story. Watters described how Barron brought the girl back to Trump Tower and had the floor cleared so they could be alone. He quoted classmates saying Barron is tall and a bit awkward but still popular with girls describing him as a ladies man who is handsome and attractive to many.
He then painted a picture saying imagine bringing someone back to Trump Tower with an entire floor shut down just for you two. Banderas jumped in agreeing that if the guy is a Trump then yeah he has game. She mentioned his height at six foot seven and joked that she hoped something good came out of the date adding that she was not going to say exactly what she meant.
Watters laughed and replied that it was something not too good adding that Barron probably needs to wait. Banderas kept the joke going by talking about dessert like homemade dessert. Watters then chimed in with the line the Trump cookie.
The whole exchange left a lot of people online calling it creepy and inappropriate especially since Barron is still young and the hosts are much older with kids of their own. It sparked plenty of criticism across social media with some wondering why they felt the need to speculate so openly about his personal life on national television.
Many are saying young people especially those in the public eye deserve space to figure things out without adults turning their dates into on air jokes. What do you make of it all.
