Prayer for people in the path of Hurricane Laura

Lord, please have Mercy upon the people of these communities facing this life threatening storm. Hurricane Laura needs to be stopped in her path, send her back to the sea where she belongs.

So many have evacuated but so many are unable to leave. Please protect all Your creation. Be with those who will need your help in the days to come and bless them with food, water, shelter and love. Lord this year has been incredibly difficult for all of us, we don’t need another devastating, life altering problem in this world.

Lord, we pray you keep your miraculous hands on everyone and keep them safe under your care. We know you hear our prayers and we thank you for your provisions, your mercy and your grace. Amen
